We are seeking a Lead Development Consultant to generate leads and be an integral part of our marketing team. The culture is social, fun and open communication is encouraged throughout. This is an opportunity to join an established Australian owned company based in the Norwest Business Park.

Responsibilities include:

Being part of our contact centre and generating qualified leads for sales consultants
Playing a part in the creation, implementation and execution of marketing strategies
Building the company profile with clients
Working as a team to achieve set targets and campaign objectives


We are looking for a proactive, innovative individual with a minimum of 2 years solid experience in telemarketing and/or appointment setting. Experience in working in target driven environments and having a personal drive to succeed is essential. Excellent communications skills, professional manner and a passion for gaining results will see you succeed in this role.
